I am forever grateful to Aaron and his team. I embarked on my house build with no building experience at the beginning of covid. Neither of us had any idea what was about to happen to the economy. 

Aaron expertly navigated supply chain issues of product availability and unreliable delivery times; and skyrocketing building costs. He was vigilant with the build budget and creatively pivoted with each issue to maintain the timeline.   With each challenge, Aaron researched alternatives and calmly provided facts to enable me to make decisions. Aaron provided accurate, detailed monthly invoices tracked to the original budget.

Aaron’s team executed the build on time with absolute precision. The majority of the build team resided on Bowen which was a huge advantage. They rolled out of bed and onto the site and did not have to leave early to line up for a ferry to go back to the mainland. They had so much experience building on island and with each other – it was an efficient, “happy” work environment. The pride in their work was evident, they kept the site clean and organized. Two years in the only issue I have had was a few nail pops.
