A Collection of our Custom Homes
Rivendell is a compact development with the aim, and success, in getting young island families into homes, with less of square footage and footprint. Custom Coastal Homes built five homes at Rivendell, and designed a personal home for one of our builders.
Some unique features at this development were an in-house elevator, hot tubs with epic views over Howe Sound, custom millwork, and plenty of unique new materials. Some of our challenges were the very hard rock layer for any excavation, and extremely steep terrain.
These builds wouldn’t be possible without incredible dedication and talent of our construction crew, subcontractors, designers, and project managers.
