Our Process
Meet and Greet
Let’s meet for a coffee or schedule a zoom meeting. We’ll discuss your build and site, and answer any questions you have about our services.
Estimate and Contract
We’ll organize documents being drawn up, and address any other site specific requirements.
Design and Plans
Your architect, or our in-house draftsperson will draw up your custom home plans, and our engineer will review them.
Construction and Lockup
Construction begins! We’ll schedule site prep, organize trades, and together select furnishings and treatments to make the home truly yours..
